Big Z Has Right Rotator Cuff Tendinitis
It doesn't appear that Big Z needs any surgery. A day after reportedly "refusing" an MRI, Big Z underwent the procedure and was found to have right rotator cuff tendinitis. He's expected to miss one start with an extra day or two of rest. At this point his next start is scheduled for the last day of the road trip in Houston, and he should resume throwing in a couple of days.

I think we're making the playoffs even without Z
Thus, I would like to see him rest until absolutely 100% (at least for the playoffs).
