Fun Question: Who Will Score More Today: The Cubs Or The Bears?

And given what we saw of the bullpen yesterday-who will give up more: The Cubs or The Bears?

I'm so glad the losing streak is over!  But my god, what's up with the bullpen?  Mike Wuertz is the worst pitcher!  Let's hope he's not on the post season roster, if there's one to be had.

I was really hoping Soriano would get the fourth home run.  Looks like he's on one of those streaks that could carry the Cubs.  Amazing how many homeruns he has in less than 100 games.  Can you imagine what he can do if healhty for all 162 games??

The Bears will give up more.

That’s pretty much a given, facing Peyton Manning.

Given the fact that....

Neckbeard (Orton) is the Bears starter and the Cubs get the T to hit off of (Harang), it’s probably a safe bet the Cubs will score more than the Bears…heck, they MAY, if lucky, score more than the Colts!

Wuertz is underrated in my opinion

He has been great the past three seasons and he had ONE bad game last night and everyone wants to discard him. Hendry has never liked him for some reason, but if you take out last night’s game his ERA is 3.35. not bad.

Da Bears!

Devin Hester will be reeee-diculous today. Hester 21- Colts 17

I'm not worried about the bullpen

It was a blowout game. Pitchers always relax a little bit in those situations.

Hopefully the Cubs...

I love the Bears but I can’t officially switch into football mode until the season ends which looks like it might not be until the end of October….(fingers crossed)

I think a better question would be

who will score more the Cubs or bears? The Cubs have on of the best offenses in baseball and the bears, well lets just they don’t have one of the best offenses. Plus the Colts D can be great at times.

I also can’t switch fully into football mode until the Baseball season ends. But the Colts vs bears is an interesting game for BCB because I’m sure there are lots of Colts fans here (myself included) and of course lots of bears fans.

This is after the Bears game

I was surprised the Bears won the game the just beat up the colts tonight, hard hitting and ran the ball very well.

I wish it were winter so we could freeze it into ice blocks and skate on it and melt it in the spring time and drink it!
