UPDATE: NFL Divisional Round - OT

http://www.bleedcubbieblue.com/2009/1/6/710690/ot-nfl-divisional-round

Just so we're clear. I had the Cardinals, Ravens and Steelers. I missed on the Giants.

Yes, I had the Cardinals. Just so we're clear.

Championship Game picks:

Scarlet Turkeys -- 31; Endangered Species 10

McNabb and company just don't have the offense. Pigs will fly. The dead will arise. Dogs and cats will live together.

Arizona will be in the Super Bowl

Black Boids 10; Metal Workers 9

The Ravens have that mojo working.

Super Bowl XLIII

Arizona 24; Baltimore 21

Well...

… whether you believe this or not, there’s a fair chance they may get one or both.

Erm, well if we are going to call Milton Bradley nicknames, mine is Fischer Price: yes, you heard it here first..

Wow...

I do hope that you managed to get rid of the strange demon that was making you click on “OT” posts. Did Father Tom have to come by for an exorcism or did you just throw up a few times to get rid of it?

The worst beer I had was pretty good.

Care to not be an ass?

I was simply posting that because thats how I feel about the situation in the NFL Playoffs. These are probably the worst playoffs since 2002 with Tampa and Oakland. I can’t simply make that opinion on the playoffs?

Angry Titans fan here

Man did they make some mistakes. I’m tired of hearing how great the Ravens defense was, when the Titans ran all over them up and down the field. Horrible misques and the injury to Johnson killed them.

BTW, nice work by the zebras on the non Delay of Game called. Just horrible. But not as bad as Crumpler’s fumble on the 4 yard line. That was the game, right there.

Oh well, I’m used to disappointment, as we all are :)

I have nothing funny or creative to write.

Speaking as a Browns fan, I am facing quite the dilemma in the AFC

Do I want my arch-rival Steelers to win or my ex-franchise Ravens to win?

After reflecting on it for oh, I don’t know, about 2 seconds, it’s no contest – Go Steelers!

It’s tough but not impossible to cheer for your arch-rival. On the other hand, there’s no way in hell I ever cheer for the team once owned by the man that screwed the city of Cleveland over. If I wanted to describe what I really think of Art Modell, I’d have to channel my inner Worf, but suffice to say you start with a shot of Ronnie Woo Woo, add a dash of Marty Brennaman, and throw in a twist of Bud Selig, shake it all up, and then toss it down the toilet – that might be kinda close.

I'd be the biggest NFC fan in the world

Seriously, you might just have to watch the WNBA or something next week. That is a horrible dilemma.

“Inner Worf”

Man, I like that.

Wow.

You’re really picking the Chicago Cardinals to win the Super Bowl?

Amazing, isn't it?

And Gene Wojo%@#()ski on ESPN is saying they have no chance.

This was after Jay “Ozzie hoit my wittle feeling” Mariotti told them not to show up THIS week.

You’d think sportswriters would learn. My motto… if Wojodaspojcski says something, I go the other way.

The Manning Era

is over.

But really… the Cardinals?
