Zambrano to Undergo LASIK surgery
Carlos Zambrano really is a special baseball player. He played last season with a blurry right eye and had the best BA for a Cubs pitcher since 1900.
Now he's having LASIK surgery to correct the problem. Every little bit helps.

The best part is that it keeps him out of the WBC.

Not necessarily.
The recovery time for LASIK is only a few weeks.
