I hope I did that link right. Apparently Rogers' (of the Trib) says that when Michael Young was available, the Cubs never even discussed going after him because they are so committed to Theriot. At least that's the way I read it. I don't exactly believe it, but I thought others might find it interesting. Or at least amusing.
