For those of you that thought that he was available, Royals just signed him for 4 years. No salary reported here.

4 years....

Wow.
Quite a bit for a guy who has pitched ONE full major league season.

Yeah, but his trajectory is on the WAY up
Wise deal for both Greinke and the Royals, I’d say.

Awesome.
That’s a damn bargain. Zach had a good season on a piss-poor team this year, recording his best season yet. Being down here in Kansas City, I really like what Dayton Moore has done this off-season…okay, maybe besides Farnsworth.

I like what he's done too, even signing Kyle
Amount given to Farnsworth is what I question.
But Kyle can be a reliable arm in the 7th and/or 8th
Rootin’ for the Royals this upcoming season.
Most of the Royals fans in RoyalReview seem to dislike GMDM’s moves.
I like Jacobs, Coco, was hoping for another veteran in the rotation.
They really seemed to know their baseball, seriously, they’re sharp! we’ll see

Actually, I like Kyle, Mike, and CoCo; all those signings are good for the Royals, IMO. The money given to Kyle was way too much, yeah. And the new stadium should be done soon; I’m really excited to be only a bit away from the Royals and a possible good team this year or next year.

Greinke is going to be exceptional
A great deal by Kansas City. I know that Greinke hasn’t produced a great deal yet and suffered from head problems, but the kid has a golden arm.

Good to see the Royals keep one of their own players.
If you’re going to be in the business of running an MLB team, you occasionally have to spend money on the MLB players you produce.
They should have found a way to keep at least one of their spectacular young outfielders over the last 10 years.
