In the green hat of course

Sorry, that's not me.

huh, are you sure about that?

I thought you always told that story of when you got hammered one time, decided to legally change your name to Chuck Rainey for a day, kidnap the real Chuck and then proceed to throw a near complete no hitter?

Erm, well if we are going to call Milton Bradley nicknames, mine is Fischer Price: yes, you heard it here first..

That link

And the responses confuse me. I know that someone was joking, and someone was serious… but I can’t figure out who is who.

by Brett Taylor on Jan 27, 2009 7:02 AM CST reply actions

Me too.

I’ve seen a few pictures of Al and the guy in the green hat doesn’t really look anything like him – even some 20-odd years younger. First you want to move Soriano to second base and now this. You come up with some, um, interesting stuff, Clutche.

I'll take that as a compliment

As the guy who took the picture...

and even knew Al back in those days (I was a semi regular in the right field bleachers in those days – even if I was not in the bleachers on that day) I can categorically say that the guy in the picture is NOT Al.

Seriously, Clutche...

…why did you think that was Al?

I've never met Al

but it sure looks like his avitar

Is that a negatory?

I could post a photo from years ago.

But I think I won’t.

I took my camera to games all the time and took a lot of pictures from the bleachers in thoses days (including some of the regulars), but I can’t find a picture of you from then.
