I never thought I'd say this about Juan Uribe...

…but that’s kind of a bummer. I think he could have been a good defensive replacement. Ah, well. Who’s next on the refrigerated beverage shelf of infield utility players. Rich Aurilla? Alex Cintron?

We are a fever ... we are a fever ... we ain't born typical.

Agreed

We could use Juan Uribe, especially given the questionable defensive prowess of our three current middle infield options. I find it distressing that Jim Hendry is so unconcerned about middle infield defense. Frankly, it doesn’t compute.

How do you know Hendry is unconcerned?

There’s more than two months till Opening Day. There’s still time to acquire someone.

O Dawg

Okay, just so I understand it... in your wildest fantasy, you are in hell. And you are co-running a bed and breakfast with the devil.
