Court Strikes Chicago's Landmark Law
According to Crain's Chicago Business, a court has decided that Chicago's Landmark Ordinance is unconstitutional. Obviously, as things to in court, this is a long way from resolving itself... however I know of one Chicago ballpark that is impacted by this allegedly unconstitutional law.

You're right when you say...
… it’s a long way from resolving itself. There will be appeals, and the city will probably attempt to rewrite the law to make it less “vague, ambiguous, and overly broad”, as the court ruling said.
I doubt it will change any of the current plans Cubs management has for renovating Wrigley Field.

Well, if it's struck down, I would start immediately
rebuilding it. Never give corrupt politicians a second chance to screw you.

YOO HOO
My family was victimized by the overreaching Landmark Commision. This was a joyous day.
