Did anybody hear Adam Wainright?
He said it wasn’t fair that the Dodgers fans waved white towels with a white baseball flying around, and they should wave blue ones. I just lost a lot of respect for him…

What is he supposed to say?
“I’m kinda pissed that I pitched amazingly in a playoff game, only to see my team piss away the win. Not to mention the fact that the same thing happened in the last start of the year in which I would have won 20 games if my could could hold a 6 run lead”
Obviously you can’t do that. I guess he could have just said “shit happens”, but I’d bet he was rather frustrated and needed to lash out against someone. Might as well be Dodgers fans, who are complete D-Bags.

I agree on Dodger fans
But like you said, it should have just been a “stuff happens” type of thing. There’s no need to look for excuses.

I didn't see any towels being waved
even after they won.

Yeah...
because nobody has ever worn a white t-shirt or jersey of any kind in the upper deck at any baseball game. Not to mention there were two outs and it looked like a semi-routine catch. Why would the Dodger fans wave their towels in that situation.
Also, can we institute a sports law that says only the Steelers and Twins fans can wave towels? First it was the “everyone wear the same exact color shirt” bit, and now every team has some kind of towel. I bet somewhere somebody is thinking o.k, at the next game we’ll hand out red t-shirts and white towels to everyone that walks in the gate. It’ll be great.

I hate the towels
It’s kinda stupid when every team that makes the postseason waves them.

Come to think of it...
…why would Dodgers fans be waving the towels at that point? They were about to lose.
