This guy could be just as credible as Phil Rogers though.

He'd be hard pressed to be LESS credible than Rogers

Ugh.

I can see Detroit has its share of bad columnists, too.

It's all just talk until a trade is made.

No, no, no.

It’s fundamental. Didn’t BLou ever tell you? ;-)

+1

Although the tone of this article is more wishful thinking than anything, i.e. I hope they change their mind on this. Remember, other Detroit writers “debunked” Lynn Henning who was the only one saying Granderson would be on the trade block, so those writers are now in an awkward position.

Is he traded yet?

Hope Lynn Henning

Is right .. I think Granderson is RIGHT for the Cubs .. Would fit in perfectly in centerfield

to be fair

Henning admitted that he didn’t have inside knowledge of it, IIRC, and that he was just guessing. A good educated guess, though.

Lets see

What kind of GM Hendry really is .. to get a trade for a young , speedy , lefthanded power bat centerfielder .. who could possibly hit 40 – 45 homeruns

by CUBFANINAZ on Nov 15, 2009 3:00 PM CST reply actions

Granderson hit 30

Granderson hit 30 in his off year .. I always add a few homeruns to a player at wrigley field .. Plus i am being optomistic .. seriously .. would like to see Granderson in centerfield .. Would help out Sori in left .. And he is lefthanded , which pleases Lou .. and he has speed .. My only problem with him is Granderson’s high strickout ratio and low average against lefty’s .. But maybe platoon him , as been discussed prior ..

Wow, 40 to 45, eh?

I like the way you think.
