He will be a Phillie, that is my prediction.

Kind of makes sense, I guess....

… Phillies are looking for a 3B, he went to college there (Penn), etc.

yup

Seems like DeRo would be a good fit there, too.

Very cute.

He has an effect on people that make him irresistible. I’d love to have half his charm, looks and ability.

goes by waaay too quickly. I had to watch this at least five times to ogle them properly.

Something tells me

the concept of paying for one’s own drinks is lost on these young ladies.

This looks like Havasu

Kind of like a Terry Gilliam cartoon in “Monty Python.”

And she still has a nice pair of cans for being near 60. A very fine lady I might add too.

3 And Out For Phils in 2010

If the Phils get DeRosa, that means they are going to get swept out of the division series in 3 straight. It’s the DeRosa Curse.

I miss those commercials

They were hillarious

I know this thread is for humor....

but please just allow me one quick “WTF was Hendry Thinking???” moment. When I think of how much we suffered at second base most of the season, and how we suffered at third when Aramis was hurt, while DeRosa was playing with a last place team in Cleveland, it just makes me want to throw up.

I would love to have been a “fly on the wall” when he came up with that move…. and then turn into an elephant and throw up all over him……ohhh I think I’m getting sleepy

Hey now

If we had gotten Peavy out of the deal, none of you would be complaining…

That was the intention, IMO, with the DeRo trade. Hendry messed up by not getting an adequate back up 3B. But I’m excited to see what Gaub and Stevens can do

That has to be a lesson to Hendry.

Don’t make deals like that unless you are 100% certain that the end result is going to be what you want it to be.

Gaub might become a decent major league reliever. Stevens was unimpressive last year.
