Cubs showing some interest in J.J. Putz
Well not sure about this, though he would be a nice bullpen addition over anyone like Heilman or Looper

If healthy
This is significantly better than Heilman or Looper. When healthy Putz is a top notch late inning guy and possible closer.
I hope the interest consisted of:

Let's say Putz is on the mound...
…and the batter hits a comebacker that Putz fields cleanly and then throws on to first base for the out.
Would that be called a 1-3 Putzout?

You’re such a putz

I think at the right price
He can be a great low-risk plus to the bullpen.
Sounds a lot like this past year's failed old closer pickup.

On the bright side...
…I haven’t heard a thing about Jose Ceda.

No
J.J. Putz was reported to be injured BEFORE he encountered the elbow injury. He is damaged goods. A big no thanks.

I agree with you...
… just remarking on the fact that he was reported to be injured before he was injured. The mind boggles.
