Printed cubs tickets

I just received my tickets from the 13 game pack and they're printed on crappy tickets.com paper with my name and phone number on them. I purchased these tickets with the intent of sharing a few of them with my friends and family. Are these tickets that I should share with them? If they are i'm pretty disappointed i didn't get cubs printed tickets.

Those tickets are perfectly good.

They came from tickets.com last year. That’s the way you get any ticket that you order online that you have mailed to you.

The only way to get “Cubs printed” tickets is to get them from the box office. FWIW, if you buy tickets online and have them held at will call, you will get “Cubs printed” tickets.

It is different for the postseason because...

… the postseason is a MLB event, not run by the individual teams.
