Around SBN: The 2009-2010 Card Chronicle Big East basketball preview

Not sure how many people have seen Tim Sheridan's blog. He gives daily updates on the Cubs spring training and usually throws in some pics. Just thought I would share the site in case there are others like me who can't wait for the season to start and needed more Cubs material to read until it does start.

FWIW, for those who don't know...

… Tim is the PA announcer at HoHoKam Park.

Cool pics. Some amusing captions, too.

Glad to see the Canucks stick together

Also, Rich Harden is pretty jacked for a pitcher

Okay, just so I understand it... in your wildest fantasy, you are in hell. And you are co-running a bed and breakfast with the devil.

Can't wait, can't wait, can't wait!

My wife and I are flying out to Mesa next Friday on the WGN Radio ST tour.

Oh, to feel the sun on my face and the sound of the ball on the bat.

“For, lo, the winter is past,
The rain is over and gone;
The flowers appear on the earth;
The time of the singing of birds is come,
And the voice of the turtle is heard in our land.”

Thank you Ernie Harwell!

Go Green! Go White! GO STATE! (Now #12,966 on the Cubs season ticket waiting list- UP from 13,031...WHOO HOO!)

I wondered what the connection was between that site and the Cubs. PA announcer. Makes sense.
