The Cubs and Korean Talent
In general, this article just talks about the success the Cubs have had in scouting and signing Korean players that can hopefully put together some big league stuff. I know at least two of the four mentioned were in toonsterwu's Top 50 Cubs prospects. Overall, I'm just glad that they're taking the same path as the Yanks, Red Sox, and Rangers and signing foreign athletes with high upsides to supplement their (hopefully) lower-end first round draft picks!

The Rangers?
Okay, just so I understand it... in your wildest fantasy, you are in hell. And you are co-running a bed and breakfast with the devil.

Yep, the Rangers.
In the article, Paul Weaver, the Cubs director of international scouting, mentions those three teams as the best at big international signings. On a side note, I kind of realize that there isn’t much to discuss about this article, I just enjoyed reading it, so i figured I’d put it out there for those who might be interested.
