Neifi was nto a bad player, 5 years or so before we got him, and had he been used less, could have been a contributor IMO

Claude Passeau
Passeau was the best Cubs player to wear #13. He was a 20-game in 1940 and a member of the 1945 NL championship team. This is a list of Cubs #13’s from kaseyi’s Cubs By the Numbers site.
