Title:
How long should [CUBS/BCB/OTHER ORGANIZATION] give [NAME OF PLAYER/COACH/ANNOUNCER/BCB POSTER] [IN/AS] [CURRENT POSITION]?
Body:
Alright, while I personally don't think [NAME OF PLAYER/COACH/ANNOUNCER/BCB POSTER] will ever have much of a significant career in the [MAJORS/BCB/LIFE], I am willing to give him some time to produce as the type of [CURRENT POSITION] the [CUBS/BCB/OTHER ORGANIZATION] imagined him to be. I've stated here before why I don't think [NAME OF PLAYER/COACH/ANNOUNCER/BCB POSTER] will ever live up to most [CUBS/BCB/OTHER ORGANIZATION] expectations at the [LOCATION OF WORK] and that is his god awful terrible [SHORTCOMING OF PLAYER/COACH/ANNOUNCER/BCB POSTER], which doesn't allow him to [EFFECT OF SHORTCOMING] and when he does [ALMOST SUCCEED], it's nothing but a [DESCRIBE FAILURE] ([FAMOUS PERSON WHO AGREES WITH ME] said basically word for word the same thing, on last nights game - so, to whoever said they wouldn't listen to me because I don't have a "trained eye", do you think [FAMOUS PERSON WHO AGREES WITH ME] has a trained eye?).
Anyway, having said that, I think that maybe if he is still struggling after this week, he needs to be moved [PROPOSED DEMOTION] at the very least and maybe even [MORE SERIOUS DEMOTION]. I would put [PROPOSED REPLACEMENT] in the [CURRENT POSITION], who I have much more confidence in and I imagine Lou would too, who could shake things up and would be a good [ANOTHER TALENT OF PROPOSED REPLACEMENT] as well.
Not at all saying this after one game and is in no way a knee jerk reaction, but even the staunchest [NAME OF PLAYER/COACH/ANNOUNCER/BCB POSTER] fan must admit his struggles in the 2nd half last year and it's due to [DESCRIBE OPPOSITION] making the adjustment to him and so far what Ive seen from him in the [DESCRIBE OTHER ACTIVITIES] and today, I don't see any signs of him making an adjustment as his [SHORTCOMING] looks exactly the same as last year.
Who would you put in the [CURRENT POSITION] if [NAME OF PLAYER/COACH/ANNOUNCER/BCB POSTER] continues his struggles at [CURRENT POSITION]?
Peavy

Think of the Mad Libs possibilities here...
I wonder if someone could create an internet form asking for the basic entries like “name of player”, “position”, and throw in a few nouns, adverbs, etc. and it fills out a story for you!

Madlibs
We sometimes do this with my Trixie Belden group. Let me contact the person that does it and see how she does it and if it can be adapted for the Cubs.
Jay is our Quarterback. Also please note my email has changed on my profile anyone who sometimes sends me emails.

Since legalese is not my specialty,
I think to translate this into lay terms, it basically says:
“Do not bitch and moan just for sake of bitching and moaning. If you must bitch and moan, at least offer constructive solutions and why you think they will be more effective than the current situation you are bitching and moaning about.”
Short, sweet, and to the point.

This is stupid. Once is funny, twice is amusing, the third time is just boring. You're the worst poster on this site. Pound Sand.
/sarcasm
As I've told you before, I never repeat myself.

I think too many of us are using his favorite saying :)
"That's what you live for. You live for the opportunity and when that day comes, you better be ready," Soto said. "I tried to make sure that whenever they gave me a chance, I was ready and I knew I had to take advantage of the opportunity."

two rules
1. check other posts for similar
2. until you have proven yourself in chat, no posts allowed. If you have under 1000 posts (which is east to make on here) your post must be approved by a mderator

So even though I've been a member since December 2005,
my FanPosts would have to be approved because I don’t post like a rabid maniac (I’m at 784 posts)? Gonna have to disagree with the minimum # of posts rule you’re suggesting (assuming this post was serious and not sarcastic).
- I obviously agree with, unfortunately people love the feeling of being the first to post news so they hardly check to see if someone’s already beaten them to the punch. Just look at every major news story recently, at least one FanShot and one FanPost on each.
