Cubs Fans,
I just wanted to drop by and say thank you for all the nice posts and gestures over on Halos Heaven concerning the loss of Nick Adenhart. While we have lots of fun playing up our allegiances at one another's expense, in truth we are together in the greater baseball community. We all share in this loss.
It was a class act to join us in supporting Nick's family and teammates. Your thoughts and prayers were very welcome, and your actions deserve to be recognized. Well played. Thanks.
(P.S. - Sorry this took so long to get posted here as opposed to the other SBNation sites. I needed to wait until my membership was approved.)

We're all saddened by Adenhart
I remember watching him pitch for Rancho Cucamonga. He was so young then, even for the Cal League. He wasn’t much older when he died. It’s such a tragic loss.
