Could just be me
It seems like the Wrigley faithful have been all over the booing this year. If any Cub does anything wrong, BOOM it rains boobirds. We even gave Todd Hundley some time before we booed the hell out of him. We gave LaTroy the benefit of the doubt. I know people paid the money and within reason should be able to yell and do whatever they want, but give them a little more time. We’re not in a pennant race yet.

What a crazy “W”!
Great to see Marmol settle down and nail it. Sori just being Sori. It still amazes me that a guy can look so utterly lost at the plate all day, and then turn around and produce like that.

I mean, he did save Lou from having to use his middle relievers. And the 7 Ks were good. It’s better for Z to be throwing strikes than not throwing them. He just needs to get the long balls under the control. As I’ve been harping on, though, the Cards’ bats have been red hot.
