Looking up any I-Cubs vs. Redbirds games last year

that PJ Walters started for the Redbirds. Aug 26, 2008. Hoff went 0-5 in an I-Cubs loss that day. Let’s hope he learned something about Walters that day. Go Cubs!

Often times, a pitcher has the advantage the first time around because the hitters don’t know what to make of him. Let’s not forget that O’Malley kid that the Cubs threw out there against Houston a few years ago.

there are very few players on this team offensively, fielding, pitching who are executing with any degree of consistency. I’d say, remarkably, Fukudome has BY FAR been the most consistent hitter. I don’t think anyone else in the entire lineup has looked good at all.
