so did you want people to jump?

What can I say?
Winning is fun.

Very fun.
I could get used to it.

did i read that right
jump?
baseball is a game of outs......pop out, ground out, line out, pitch out, strike out, fly out, and Fox and Bud's favorite black out
No surprise there
You only said “Jump” about a hundred times.

that pic up there
isn’t a good omen.

So I would say the WBC had no effect on Kosuke.....
I am so glad to see him hitting like we thought he would!
Maybe I should
miss more games. Sounds like Dome had a great game. I had hoped he would rebound this season.
Hate to hear about Derrek and hopefully he won’t be out long at all.
Aw thanks.
I was watching the Bulls. The Hawks win last ngiht and the Bulls this afternoon and now the Cubs should win this on. It’s a good day.
Yes, sue. No more games for you until this streak stops.

I was just wondering where Sue was when Kosuke hit that HR...

Hopefully, there's something on the post-game show.
We can’t keep losing our good players.

So Monday nights game may be sans DLee, ARam, Bradley, and Marmol?
Lucky Aaron Miles is on fire now…..
We'll miss ARam & Marmol

aramis will probably play in the last game of the series against Arizona
as for Bradley, he told lou that he still doesnt feel 100 percent so its a day to day kinda thing

You've got a point there.
He’s been out for a while now.

He's pinch hit a number of times, however.
Evey Hammond: Vi Veri Veniversum Vivus Vici. V: By the power of truth, I, while living, have conquered the universe.
exactly
if he hadn’t done that, then he could be placed on the DL retroactively to an earlier date (and come back sooner), but as of right now, it can only go back to April 25.
I love to play baseball. I'm a baseball player. I've always been a baseball player. I'm still a baseball player. That's who I am. - Ryne Sandberg
cause he's probably
not 14 days away from being healthy.

Kevin Gregg sucks. The Turtle from Entourage lookalike just sucks.

he handled
Pujols pretty well, I’d say.

Nice way to break out of it
Bats came alive today, pitching was solid up and down the line. (Well, Cotts wasn’t particularly impressive, but …)
Now they have to focus on getting healthy and playing well in Arizona, a place where they often struggle. But the Diamondbacks are not in good shape right now.
Late night tomorrow — always love West Coast games. Baseball at 9 p.m.? Awesome.

for Cotts
that was impressive. Two whole outs!

much better way to end the weekend……just hope some of our wounded heal quickly….but maybe this will press us to make our bench better…

It'll be tough
Arizona is a tough place for the Cubs, and the Marlins always have been hard on them. Plus that’s a four-game series. But if the starting pitching holds, I think they’ll be fine.
by Not Bruce Froemming on Apr 26, 2009 4:20 PM CDT up reply actions
the marlins
have been reeling this year. And Arizona isn’t the team we faced two years ago.

Oh, absolutely
The Marlins have cooled considerably. And the Diamondbacks aren’t what they once were. If they can do well against both of them, especially in that house of horrors in Phoenix, it might augur well. And you’ve got to figure at least Marmol, Ramirez and Lee will be back at some point in that stretch.

I just
want to get runs. I HATE that stadium in Arizona. I HATES IT, MY PRECIOUS!
