if that tennis slice backhand continues to work

i think things will be fine. Used right, and 8th in the order, I don’t mind Miles.

Do you have any idea what kind of skillset it takes to be a succesful club DJ? It ain’t just pick a record, play a record. The good ones are artists.

OT

OT but Cubs related anyone ever go through childhood pictures and see how many of them feature you wearing Cubs or other teams gear?

We had my Dad’s birthday party yesterday (82 people a lot of fun) and we were doing picture collages and so many non holiday pics are sporting events and so many have us wearing some teams paraphanalia.

And how many holiday pictures the present we are holding up is somehow sports related?

Gathright and Hill are our only options on the bench, right?

I’m assuming Zambrano is going to be the first PH Lou uses today.

by kanderber on Apr 26, 2009 2:07 PM CDT reply actions

Bradley could probably pinch hit if needed

but should he reach, Gathright would have to run.

True, forgot about him.

But after Gathright got picked off yesterday, I’m not sure how likely that would be.

my bros man crush on Manny
“manny is cancer is like saying lower income people are taxed too much. its popular to say but nothing supports it. cleveland hasn’t been good since they let him go and he’s the reason boston won 2 ws. boston won’t see another ws in our lifetime either. bradley sucks plain and simple. manny isn’t half as bad in the outfield as his reputation, this falls in line with my opening statement. its popular to say but unsupported with facts.

as long as cubs waste money on the milton bradlyes and jason marquise of the world we’ll continue to watch manny play late in october and get swept out ourselves. i predict manny bats 500 against cubs again in october and we are three and done again."

I kinda agree on the Manny Is Not A Cancer thing...

but it’s not like the Dodgers were in the World Series or anything….

When Sammy got hit I heard if the ball had hit just him lower it could have easily killed him.

It’s actually very lucky only one batter in major league history has been killed by a thrown ball even with the helmets.

not deliberately deliberately walking Puhols. Four pitches, four balls. One on, two outs, Ludwick to the plate.
