Cubs @ Yankees Overflow Thread

The stadium is really nice but really similar. Good thing this game doesn't matter because Ted clearly doesn't have his game. Let's hope he finds it next week. Can't wait until Monday!

I don't remember Chicago winters so much (I was pretty young when I moved)

But I lived in Syracuse, NY last year. I’d be ok with never seeing snow again…unless it’s under a pair of skiis…

Whoa whoa whoa...

Did the announcers just say that the Cubs have a great bullpen, but just need to shore up our Starting Rotation??

Do they even know who the Cubs are? Our starting rotation is arguably better than anyone in the AL East or elsewhere… (Also, they said that we led the Central in Runs Scored. Didn’t we lead the whole NL? Or am I misremembering? :))

win to clinch a playoff spot? or has that happened already?

(i’ve tried to like hockey but i’m having problems really getting “into” it, even though i think the hawks could be really good for a long time b/c of how young they are)
