Worked for me, too.
Give it some time — that site sometimes loads slowly.

Oh, okay, gotcha.
It’s kinda pathetic we need a baseball TV expert, ya know? Not to know this Mr. Brown…but seriously MLB! We have to be careful how we order MLB.TV!!

im OK. You OK?
I live in St. Louis, but am a Cubs fan. I use mlb.tv and they black out the Cards games. I’m more than OK with that because I get to watch my Cubbies! Yahoooo!
The Cubs/Cards are always blacked out… but I’m OK with that. Usually, when that series is happening, I get so much heat from all the Cards fans around here I just want the series to get over with and move on. I’m kinda burnt out on the Cubs/Cards rivalry.
I wish everyone the best with their MLB.TV though.

Right, but you could watch Cubs/Cardinals games on local TV or cable, right?

Right.
FSN always carries it. And while Hrabowsky (sp?) is a tool, their play-by-play guy isn’t bad.

Sometimes they don't black out
the WGN broadcast for a Cards/Cub game… I live in Illinois but am considered the STL Metro area.
FSN does not get all Cardinal games currently. Currently there are about 20 games on their local NBC affiliate. Those are all Sunday games and the 4/26 and 9/20 game will be on that station.

Every Cubs/Cards game
that’s been advertised for WGN has been blocked, forcing me to watch FSN.
The few Sunday Cardinal broadcasts I’ve seen are BRUTAL. Terrible presentation and some of the worst announcing I’ve ever heard.

Yeah...
It is pretty brutal. Jay Randolph Sr is past his prime and then they give a couple of innings to Shannon who is equally as bad as Santo at broadcasting.
Yeah…Not sure why I can get WGN sometimes for the Cards/Cubs game. I am about 15 miles from STL. I currently have DirectTV but I don’t think that should matter much.

Count yourself lucky
cos I always get a 1970s-looking screen telling me I’m SOL.
On the bright side I tried 720 on my radio last night and it was coming in MUCH clearer than it tried to last year. So that may be an option.

EI
will always black out the games involving the home team in home market. You’d always be able to get your home team’s games at home…from some delivery system.
Strangely enough, that’s NOT the case in the San Diego market, if you subscribe to satellite or something like AT & T’s TV service. Cox Communiations, the rights holders to Padres broadcasts, does not offer their games to those delivery services.
Only recently has Cox allowed the Channel-4/Padres feed on EI, and it’s only if the other team is not offering a cable-cast of the game
Padres games are cable-only.

The EI blackouts in home markets are fine.
It’s the blackouts in NON home markets that are ridiculous.
