this is better than wild things
Funny the way it is, how a kid walks ten miles to school while another is dropping out

And on the sixth day, God created Joakim Noah...
Wonder if Santo has his Hai Karate on?
"He can't hit, he can't field, he can't run—all he can do is beat you."
So now that we started to slump is this the classic Cubbie panic and press we saw last fall?
It seems like we have many players who just let things get to them and start to press….I thought I saw it in the playoffs and I think it seems like it might be part of the problem when the team hits adversity…just a thought
I think you see some of that from every team going through the same stuff
It’s not just a Cubs-centric problem.

I don't know about that
Not an accusatory question in the least — but do you watch a lot of other baseball besides the Cubs?
by Not Bruce Froemming on May 1, 2009 3:24 PM CDT up reply actions
Yeah...of course my other favorite team is the Indians and they aren't much better....
but it just seems like we have guys that just all start to struggle at the same time….like batting with RISP…..it may just be a perception based on the games I have watched so far this year…
I'm not saying it's not happening right now
but it happens all over baseball.

Wait, he's in the game now?
I've committed to tweeting about the Cubs for the rest of the season. (Does that sound as ridiculous as I think it does?) Anyway, if you're on Twitter, you can follow me here.

Say this much for big league baseball - it is beyond question the greatest conversation piece ever invented in America. ~Bruce Catton
i dont think
anyone is looking for a permanent benching. at least i hope not, but i think a number of folks would like to see him hit the DL or at least sit a game a week

Denise didn't even make it through the half-inning
Len and Bob didn’t have anything to talk to her about. Pretty funny.
They don’t make enough money and are both married. The married part has never stopped her but the only have a couple million each would.
There is a reason she is known as a mattress.
Jay is our Quarterback. I REPEAT JAY IS OUR QUARTERBACK. Did I mention we have a Quarterback who happens to be named Jay?.

And I have a personal connection to a situation related to Ms. Richards.
