Wrigley - Kosher Food

Does anyone know what replaced the Bests National hot dog at Wrigley Field? Over the offseason, the Sun Times reported that the ballpark would have a new kosher offering, though I haven't been able to find out what that is.

All I know

My family keeps Kosher but they ate Best Kosher at Wrigley Field. I’m not sure the new brand but they won’t eat meat in the ball park anymore.

As much as I love Wrigley Field it really has sub-par food selection

There is a good kosher Israeli-style restaurant in Rogers Park. Go get a take-out and eat it in the ballpark with some Old Style :-)

BTW, both Camden Yards and Nats Stadium have pretty good food, especially DC. IIRC both Camden Yards and Nats Stadium have kosher hot dogs and also special kiosks serving kosher food (there is a strong and old Jewish community in Baltimore).

They got rid of

The kosher hot dogs? Man, those were the best ever. I don’t keep kosher or anything, but they were far superior to the other hot dogs. I even wrote my college entrance essay on them.

The Ultimate Stadium Dog by Ballpark

replaced Bests, which replaced Hebrew National.

It’s all beef, which is the claim that Bests and HNtl made. I was told before the year, “the others weren’t really kosher, anyway.”

Come visit me inside Wrigley along the Addison side mezzanine fence straight up from 1st base.

FYI....

An unconfirmed facebook report from my brother who was at tonights game reports Hebrew National footlong dogs are available at Wrigley Field. If true, this is good news.

I'll have to check this out.

They do have the footlongs available at carts on the walkway behind CF in the bleachers. I’ll ask.
