Around SBN: BTB's Final Preseason NCAA Hoops Bracket

The article even mentions somebody that we know on this board! It's a pretty interesting read concerning the current state of Wrigley Field. I did not know that Ricketts met his wife in the bleachers; I guess he truly is a Cubs fan.

Best quote of the article...

“We go to see baseball games. If you are there for other stuff maybe you should go to Great America,” said Yellon, who runs the Web site BleedCubbieBlue.com. “It’s not an amusement park; it’s a baseball park.”

I love that South-siders say it’s just a big party where no one that pays attention to the game. Go tell that to Southpaw during “bring your dog to the ballpark” day.

Ouch, Al, same story as Woo-Woo.

Seriously though, awesome. Props.

Isn't Ken Vangelof = ballhawk on BCB?

He’s mentioned as well….

I'm a lefty, maybe Lou should give me a shot for a position in the bullpen!!

yep, that's me...

…except there’s two f’s in Vangeloff. That’s alright though – at least it’s all one word. Most of the time folks go with the Van Geloff spelling – they must think I’m Dutch…
