ugh DISH
Stupid DISH is cramming HD regionals again, cant get this game in HD until Rays-Marlins ends.
I’d switch to Direct, if it weren’t for the porn ;)
Is there a difference in pr0n quality/quantity between the two?
"I'm not much of a chemistry guy, you know. Chemistry to me is a pinch-hit double with the bases loaded"--Jim Frey, Chicago Tribune, 1985.
I believe
the main difference is Dish offeres some XXX for a monthly sub fee, whereas D only does 90 minute blocks.
so if you just cant get enough and want porn daily… Dish is the way to go.
if you like sports, and dont need the constant porn… D*..
LOL.
why do I know this. Sad.
Thanks. It seems you've done a PhD thesis on this topic :-)
But I’m a guy, so I definitely understand….

Petco...
its one of those parks that doesnt let people begin to walk down aisles from the concourse during an at bat.
so once people get going…, the next at bat has begun and now a stream of people go by.
A dumb, misguided, policy IMHO. doubly bad since with no beer vendors in the stands, you HAVE to get up.
Baseball doesn't belong in San Diego anyway.

its a rule taken from hockey
you can leave your seat, cannot return to your seat during game action. it makes sense inhockey for safety of flying pucks, but baseball seems a stretch to use it

Or from whom?
Wasn’t get acquirred from someone for something? (Or am I just tired and making up stories?)
I think I remember
that he came up with the Cubs and went to Toronto as their Rule V guy (like Patton for us this year), but they didn’t keep him on the roster all year so we got him back

Correct
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Randy_Wells
Randy David Wells (born August 28, 1982 in Belleville, Illinois) is a Major League Baseball pitcher for the Chicago Cubs. Wells spent his career in the Chicago Cubs farm system from 2003 to 2007 before being claimed in the Rule 5 Draft by the Toronto Blue Jays before the 2008 season. Wells made the opening day roster and made his debut on April 5, 2008, against the Boston Red Sox and pitched a scoreless inning. It was his only appearance for the Blue Jays because he was designated for assignment on April 10, 2008. Wells was returned back to the Cubs organization on April 16, and was assigned to the Triple-A Iowa Cubs. 1 On September 9, 2008, the Cubs placed Jon Lieber on the 60-day DL and called up Wells to replace him on the roster.2 After spring training in 2009, he was returned to the Iowa Cubs.3 Wells was called up to the Cubs active roster on May 5, 2009 in place of the injured Carlos Zambrano. 4 He made his first start on May 9 against the Milwaukee Brewers and struck out five batters in five scoreless innings, but despite leaving the game with a 2-0 lead, the Cubs’ bullpen gave up three runs and eventually lost 3-2. 5
