For some reason on the second page of this article, the title is "Chad Qualls, Trevor Hoffman among top 30 closers in MLB".

There are many reasons
This is very flawed. Making these kinda predictions is like picking lottery numbers.
I didn't get the players I wanted in the offseason!! Hopefully I get what I want in the Regular Season---The World Series Trophy!! Go Cubbies!!
