well, think of it as watching the fireworks at a small town county fair

I would say that the boxed versions you find in the freezer case at the store are definitely not as good, but the ones you special order online are pretty close to the original. It’s never going to match a fresh delivered one, of course, but if you’re ever really homesick….

Dove for a ball on the foul line stopped it, grabbed his wrist then moved up to his bicep. Looked in lots of pain, walked off on his own.

I’d say 6 weeks minimum. You just have to hope with these injuries and how bad Bradley has been that we aren’t 10+ games behind STL by the time ramirez returns.

Amateur opinion

I don’t think he dislocated it. I have dislocated my shoulder twice and each time, I couldn’t move my arm and I had to bend over and just let it hang when I walked. From what I could tell, it didn’t look that severe.

That being said, it certainly didn’t look good.

Yeah, that's very true.

Makes me wonder if the result is a sprain, delocation, ligament damage, etc…hyper-extended doesn’t mean much without an actual diagnosis.

that there is no serious structural damage though, otherwise they’ll call it that.

Not quite accurate...

A hyperextension means that it is extended beyond the normal range of motion, which could result in tendon or ligament injuries or muscle tears.

Plus, Pat and Ron aren’t doctors, they are just using a word they are familiar with.

I’d say he is trying to be very fine with his pitches, isn’t getting corners and then throwing it right over the middle. And the injury did look VERY SEVERE. He could barely walk down the dugout steps he was in so much pain.
