To a large degree it is.

He has NO CLUE how to manage a bullpen. He constantly overuses pitchers and exiles others to Siberia ( well Ok Philadelphia
Cleveland , Seattle and the dog house), His managing consists of telling pitchers to "throw strikes’ . Yep that will do the trick.

Oh yes

Most famous was when the Cubs were at Shea playing the Mets during the famous East Coast blackout. Players had to drive their cars on the field to provide lights for people to leave the park. It has happened is less extreme circumstances as well

Cubs fans had about a 55-45 edge, I’d say. It helped they scored five early runs to take the Brewers fans out of the game.

I’m not proud of it.

I have very good friends that are Brewer fans.

Still, so many live just to bitch about the Cubs. I like the Heckler headline – something like, “10 pro-Brewer, 10,000 anti-Cub shirts worn by fans in Milwaukee”. It’s not far off.

It's bland and expensive.

Neighborhood isn’t really that bad…a lot of construction. They’re trying to yuppiefy the area. I walk from Capitol South station to get there, which is five blocks or so and have never had any issues.

Heilman is not that bad

He has been effective in the vast majority of his outings but he was put in a pretty ugly situation.
