the proton-pump inhibitors

seem to work pretty well for me.. but I just got to busy and let my prescription run out..

definitely plenty of things I avoid in the diet these days too… unfortunately for me, it’s mostly stress that sets it off rather than diet..

need more Cub wins for my health.. lol
