Thanks for the compliment.
Hope you have the book… and (shameless plug) if anyone here doesn’t, it would make a great Father’s Day gift… you can order it via the link on the right sidebar.
My co-author Kasey (kaseyi at BCB) has recorded it and will hopefully send me a clip when he returns from his vacation… if anyone can clip out the portion of today’s game when Pat & Ron were talking about CBTN and email it to me, I’d appreciate it.

I heard the call out
from Pat too. What’s the team’s record when they promo the book? :P
I'm a Cubs FANATIC. They are my team, through thick and thin. When they play over their heads, and when they play under the gutter. When they win the division, and then get swept in the division series. When they get no-hitters and when they blow no-hitters. And some day, when they go all the way and get those rings. This is the kind of fan I am.

You asked a silly question.
But you will get a serious answer.
1-1. The other time was April 17.

A bright spot in an otherwise disappointing day....
Although I admit I had to chuckle when Ron got back to the booth a little late in the bottom of the seventh, and Pat brought him up to speed by indicating that Gomez had made a “triple backflip” catch in center to retire Soto. :)

PERFECT!
I just bought the book from Amazon for my dad. Great idea Al, I think you should plug it again on the home page this week. What a great idea for Father’s Day!

I happened to hear it, too.
Congrats, Al!
I've committed to tweeting about the Cubs for the rest of the season. (Does that sound as ridiculous as I think it does?) Anyway, if you're on Twitter, you can follow me here.
