Rangers already had the best hitting coach now it sounds like they have the best pitching coach. I would love to poach them both but it ain't gonna happen.

Mike Maddux is one of the biggest, if not THE biggest, reason the Rangers are in first place.

To be fair
He is working closely with Nolan Ryan who has also believed in this type of “old school” pitching “theory”.
