we HAVE seen some great pitching (SP in particular) this season…both from our side and unfortunately from the other dugout…i know our offense has struggled and we’ve lost boucoup 1or2 run games, but IMO hitting is down this year all-around…’roid crackdown the culprti???

Unfortunately, other than
Blanco, Lou really is resistant to use situational hitting including squeeze attempts, and bunting 1st and 2nd runners over with less than two outs. I have not looked this up recently but their average with 2 outs and RISP has to be dismal.
