It took me a minute though

I am a fan. Actually like him a bit better as a hitter though

correct

he has a great bat, but figured he’d give pitching a go…his season ended on a down note, but he was hitting 92-93 w/ regularity

not sure if he’s gonna stay w/ ole miss but we’ll see…

word is

he wants to hit.

Could be this years Casey Kelly, but I always liked Kelly better on the mound

not as much as network tv sucks

I remember why I rarely watch tv.

"That's what you live for. You live for the opportunity and when that day comes, you better be ready," Soto said. "I tried to make sure that whenever they gave me a chance, I was ready and I knew I had to take advantage of the opportunity."

I turned it off

I have been meaning to get quotes for car insurance and thinking maybe I should google that.

What is the TV saying about getting this game in tonight? I’d like to go back in if they plan on playing

He's still really funny I think.

Seems like he’s doing more pre-planned comedy with his guests than I remember from Late Night (ie coaching them on what to say that will lead to a joke ala the original Tonight Show way back when…)

I'm a Cubs FANATIC. They are my team, through thick and thin. When they play over their heads, and when they play under the gutter. When they win the division, and then get swept in the division series. When they get no-hitters and when they blow no-hitters. And some day, when they go all the way and get those rings. This is the kind of fan I am.

It's the best of the two teams' mutual off days.

The other two are June 15 (no sense whatsoever, the Cubs are home and the Braves are on the road) and August 24 (which violates the rule for too many games without a day off).
