Just sayin' ;-)

Wrigley Field is a baseball stadium in Chicago, Illinois, United States that has served as the home ballpark of the Chicago Cubs since 1913. It was built in 1913 as Weeghman Park for the Chicago Federal League baseball team, the Chicago Whales. It was called Cubs Park between 1920 and 1926 before being renamed for then Cubs team owner and chewing gum magnate, William Wrigley Jr..

No, it hasn't!

The original comment was about how “horrible” Theriot was. His D wasn’t mentioned at all, just that he’s “horrible.”

And I brought his OPS up to show that while he may not be the greatest fielding SS, he contributes quite a bit offensively.

by kanderber on Jul 17, 2009 7:04 PM CDT up reply actions

Well, you're rather astute...

Sorry, but I’m not going to spell everything out. It’s unfortunate that you couldn’t understand that it was his defensive skills that were being refered to, seeing as how, oh, I don’t know, he’s sucked at D today thus far. Hence, commenting on his range, his arm, etc.
