My lord.

I’d love to see Lee stay warm, Bradley suck less, and Aramis come back and even perform at 70% or 75% of his capacity…that 3-4-5 could be fun!!

I’m goin to see Zach Greinke light up the White Sox tomorrow night @ The NEW Kauffman Stadium (with fireworks!), then goin to HALTER TOP DAY @ The K again on Saturday. That’s right, the Royals let the fans vote for their favorite old promo day, and HALTER TOP DAY WON! FanShot, perhaps?

I thought there were a few BCBers

.. that had seen Fox play in the minors and agreed with the “he’s a butcher in the field” line… anyone??

That's kind of backwards...

Playing 2B is much harder than playing 3B.

by kanderber on Jul 2, 2009 8:03 PM CDT up reply actions   0 recs

Hmmm

Just different.

3B = quick reactions, good arm
2B = wider ranging, athletic, balanced

by vonde6 on Jul 2, 2009 8:06 PM CDT up reply actions   0 recs

Hmmm.

Not that I’m disagreeing with you, but that’s an interesting FanPost topic: Which position is hardest/harder to play?? I’m sure catcher would be first, but I’ve always thought third requires a MUCH faster reaction time than any other position, one of the if not THE strongest arm on the field, etc.

Actually.. my thought on second base...

We wait until the last day of the deadline – when there are the most sellers. If Font hasn’t picked it up or Blanco hasn’t continued to impress, then we trade for a big gun.
