first thought: they overpaid by a lot. a lot.
cardinals will have a lower ranked minor league system than the cubs
wallace is the guy they love on the cardinals board. they will lose another guy in the derosa trade. while the cubs postseason 2009 odd took a hit today, stl fans are enraged.
i’m good with that.
