It did seem ridiculous at first...

Command is a pitcher’s ability to move the ball around inside the strike zone.
Control is a pitcher’s ability to control the baseball both inside and outside the strike zone.

implying he was a worse hitter but I just remembered japanesse pitchers do hit in their leagues.

my guess is that Hart will pitch a decent game
5-6 innings, 2-3 runs, but, as it has all season, will come down to whether or offense decides to sleepwalk through another 9 innings.
