Mabye he can work in time for a few ab crunches
I just read an article on the Trib online service quoting Zambrano where he admits to what we all know. He isn’t much into training. He says he’s going to start working on the core muscles to take the pressure of his back, but saying it and doing it are two different things. My point is it is time for Carlos to start taking his contract seriously, or we’ll be sitting here talking about his rehab stints every single year he is a Cub.
