agree with the others....

he would need to strike out about two times per game for the rest of the season. He’ll eventually get on that hot streak for 3 or 4 games and everyone will be like he’s back….but then he’ll go into that slump for 10+ games. And we don’t even know if Lou will keep playing him if he keeps slumping.

But if I had to guess, I’d say Milton jogged halfway between first and second expecting it to go.

OPS is the quickest way to measure offensive production.

It encompasses HRs through SLG, so your argument makes no sense.

I was just saying that Derosa has produced some HRs and RBIs. Bradley hasn’t, twist it any way you want, I don’t care. The Bradley signing has been a bust by any mesurement.

And, in addition, there’s a summary of how many runners he’s had on base in his PAs compared to league average if you look at batting gamelogs. You can also look up his RE24 and WPA measurements on Fangraphs.

But if you go around looking for evidence that MB sucks in these places, well, you won’t find it because it isn’t there. He played rather badly early in the year and since then has been quite good.
