No Posting Here!

I propose a different type of Rally Cap for tonight's game. I say that we all take a break from BCB. No Fan Posts, No Fan Shots, and NO GAME THREAD. I would say that we should turn off the TV and radio but I know that some of us can not let go. Perhaps if we ignore the Cubs they can get a winning streak going.

HAH!

I saw your headline before it was fixed. No Posing Here might have been better.

Second

And the eighth and final rule: if this is your first time at Fight Club, you have to fight.

You see, wire telegraph is a kind of a very, very long cat. You pull his tail in New York and his head is meowing in Los Angeles. Do you understand this? And radio operates exactly the same way: you send signals here, they receive them there. The only difference is that there is no cat. - Albert Einstein

Well, that's not happening.

It’s another game like any other. Game preview up at 5 pm CDT, first pitch thread at 7 pm. Go Cubs!

actually

I have suggested this in the past, when the game threads were REALLY antagonistic. It’s a non-negotiable with SBN.

That doesn’t mean you have to participate, tho.

Forget all that other stuff. I gotta believe.

The reply link jumped – really wish this would stop.

The ironic thing is...

…given the way the internets work, I’m sure BCB traffic has actually INCREASED over the last few games… maybe Al can back that up with some stats, but it seems like more and more users are taking the place of regulars in game threads just to bitch and moan.

by lswaidz on Aug 26, 2009 1:29 PM CDT reply actions

I think the new "bitchers"

have come from Yahoo. Most of the regulars are still there it’s just more new members from Yahoo makes it seem like less regulars.

Recipe for Disaster;
C'mon Cubs, hurry up and blow this so I can relax.

I feel like I use this site less when we lose badly

I get turned off by many of the posts that I just “X” out of the site unfortunately.

If your opinion differs

From a certain few, you get this reaction!

I would sleep with Blou if it meant the Cubs would win a WS. by Doggie Stalker on Aug 22, 2009 4:11 PM EDT
