I work for a German production house, and we do the major league German soccer here.
Satellite feeds can also be delayed by many many seconds, especially if the signal is sent over more than one satellite and needs be be transcoded more than once or twice, etc. So it could very easily be your Dish Network which is putting you into a time warp.
