Do Cubs coaches ever re-watch games with the audio on??

I ask because it always seems that whether it be on WGN or on ESPN (not Sunday night, geez would someone just ban Joe Morgan from the booth) that one of the commentators usually has a good baseball background and can see things that we're doing wrong. Last night as a prime example, Orel Hershiser was commenting on first Wells in the 7th when he was cruising and then after the hit up the middle, he seemed to lose focus and control. Orel hit it right on the head about what he was doing wrong though Randy did get out of that inning. Then when bad Marmol came in Orel was all talking about release point and being calm and such. Though Lou did come out and yell, the very next pitch was a ball. Its seems that whatever the Cubs coaches tell our pitchers they can't seem to do the right thing, but the commentators, usually Orel or Sutcliffe or Brenly, tell it like it is and make darn good sense. I wish Lou or Larry would listen to these guys or even have them tag along on some coaches meetings or something. Sorry to ramble on, but as much as we all yell at the TV to have our Cubs pitch right or not swing at junk, I think that the Cubs staff could have a great amount insight from some TV commetators. Just my two cents after a win and lets get that sweep
