Cubs AWFUL in later innings
The Cubs are the worst team in National League when played in the 7th inning and later. Their stats are just putrid and it could be a sign of things to come unfortunately. The rankings are for NL only with the Cubs ranking first, what they've done in that category and the NL average. There are 16 teams in the NL
Runs Scored- 16th, 127, 156
Doubles-16th, 42, 58
RBI-16th, 116, 142
AVG-15th, .231, .250
OBP-16th, .308, .329
OPS-15th, .682, .716

Thanks for spending the time to look up the stats
but I have a feeling most of us know this from watching the damn games. Well at least no one can say we are
imagining it or always thinking the worst.

And yet

MILTON BRADLEY FOR ANDRE ETHIER
IT WAS ALREADY DONE THOOO
He can throw a fastball at 87MPH and make you look like a fool. He can spray lines drives to right field. He can put up with crappy offense and take the loss. He is Randy Wells. He is the most interesting pitcher in the world. Stay healthy, my friends.

I wouldn't mind a freebie look at
Justin Speier. Hasn’t been as bad as his ERA. Sports a healthy K rate and decent BB rate, and maybe the senior circuit will give him some juice. Can’t hurt … right.
