I've had enough of Lou
He insists on using the same crappy players (Heilman, Miles, etc.) and then when he finally wakes up and realizes he needs to make a change he puts in guys like Patton last night or Scales for the past 2 weeks.
If something’s gonna happen next year, I think we need a new manager.
Who
should have been pitching instead? Suggestions?
by Not Bruce Froemming on Sep 18, 2009 10:14 PM CDT up reply actions
Kerry Wood

9/14/08 - Big Z throws a no-hitter and my son attends his first Cubs game. The perfect combination.

as Heilman was on that pitch, actually.

Marshall would be my best guess.

Maybe Marshall or even Marmol. I know it’s not a save situation and you might “need him later” but you’ve got to get to “later” in the first place.
Can't use Marmol
and Marshall was worked in the Brewers series.
