I rarely have seen it though one of my HS friends Peter Jacobson has been in it for few years I think. Those in Chicago
probably know he is son of newscaster Walter and unfortunately he got his fathers looks but he is a nice guy.

I was a big fan of Walter’s when he and Kurtis were on Channel 2 back in the day. Walter always looked as if he was bobbing onthe head of a pin when he was doing his commentaries.

Walter is an old friend of my Mom's who is in PR

but they had a HUGE blowout over 30 years ago. Mom worked for a number of political campaigns and I can’t remember
what caused it but he called her the " Ron Nessen of Chicago" ( for those of you under 50 Nessen was Nixon’s press secretary). Mom did not speak to him for a year but they made up.

Looper was lights out last week. Now, someone should turn out the lights on him.

This would be happening the night before I’m supposed to be there. With my luck, the Cubs will lose 1-0 or some such thing.

I won’t be able to talk about that game with you when it is happening, because I’ll be at the Cubs-Giants game in SF on Saturday.

I wish there was some way I could scoreboard watch that game while at AT&T Park.
