Anybody who has heard a Cardinals broadcast will appreciate this finding. The described speech occurs about three times a game.

Len ranks in the lower half right above Hawk.

I was gonna say Judd

But then realized that they restricted it to TV guys.

I've always thought McLaughlin wouldn't be horrid

if he had a better color guy. Hrabosky is absolutely atrocious and McLaughlin too often sucks up to him.

But Hawk Harrelson is what Hell sounds like.

I think McLaughlin sounds better when he's on your side

Bc he does Mizzou games and usually does a good job.

Just say no to players named Aaron on the Cubs.

Hrabosky

and Danny boy are horrid. It is always amazing to me how they will spend time talking about the Cubs and their failures when they are not even playing the Cubs. Hrabosky adds nothing to their telecast other than to be a Cardinal Sunshine pumper. Very rarely do they analyze/discuss the game objectively. I get you work for the organization but come on…a little objectivity never hurt anyone. I enjoy/have enjoyed Len/Bob since they tend to talk about all aspects of the game objectively and don’t just try to be a sunshine pumper for the Cubs. Certainly, there is some homerism involved in any broadcast but I think Al and Dan are the worst offenders.

To be honest, I think the only reason that Dan has the job is because he does not command a large salary.

This is completely unfair to Harrelson

Anytime something bad happens to the Sox he just sits and stews and doesn’t say anything for several minutes. That’s got to bring his average down.

If it shuts him up,

even for a second, I’m all for it
